A SPA TREATMENT OF YOUR CHOICE

• 1 Massage with Provence oil scented with lavender, rosemary, and rose | 25 minutes
  Provence oil with moisturising properties, for soft and supple skin, soothing properties, for deep muscle relaxation, and nourishing properties, to revitalise your skin in depth.

OR

• 1 Lightness body wrap with horse chestnut and mint | 20 minutes
  The properties of horse chestnut aim to improve blood circulation and tone the skin, combined with mint which provides an intense feeling of freshness, ideal for relieving "heavy legs" during summer days.

THE THERMAL BATHS

• Access to the wellness area with thermal and fresh water pools and a variable temperature pool
• Access to the 1800 M² Fitness facility dedicated to effort and muscular development, through 4 distinct and progressive training areas
• Group classes in the gym, in the pool or in the thermal park (according to the schedule)
