Schengen, awarded with the European Heritage Label in 2017, is well-known all around the world due to the signing of the Schengen Agreement in 1985. A walk to the vineyards of the Markusberg shows that Schengen also has an important cultural heritage. Enjoy the marvellous view of the border triangle over a glass of wine or grape juice.
