.Today, this large wind orchestra conducted by Lieutenant-Colonel Jean-Claude Braun with the assistance of Lieutenant Jean Thill gathers around 60 Luxembourg nationals and regularly collaborates with soloists, composers and publishers who boast a solid reputation, both within and outside Luxembourg. As a special band to His Royal Highness the Grand Duke, the Military Band is under the command of the Chief of Staff of the Luxembourg Armed Forces. With its rich repertoire, the ensemble has now established itself as a wind orchestra of international standing.
